corporate email synching up Droid2 Global

I have trouble getting emails on my corporate account consistently. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.Then I have to refresh it manually. My IT dept says its set up correctly and that there is a glitch that motorola or verizon is working on a resolution. Is that true? anyone else have trouble?/

Yes, this is a known issue. Motorola has acknowledged this problem on their support forums.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Motorola is said to be working on a fix, but no timberline yet.

I had no problem with my corporate exchange email until I ran the 2.3.3 update this past Thursday. Now I can't add my exchange email address and our IT Department says it's not a problem on their end.  After reading these posts, it doesn't make me feel any better that "Motorola knows about the problem and is working on a fix" which was dated back in February 2011.  Why keep sending out the update if there's a problem with it and you know there's a problem with it?  Just fix it!!
