credit card charged for the Incredible

I ordered on 5/13, CC was charged for the phone on 5/17. Does this mean that they will be shipping soon. Usually your CC is not charged until the item ships. I would hate to have to pay on this phone before I actually received it. Has anyone elses CC been charged and are still waiting.

I understand I will get a tracking number however, I don't think its normal to pay for something and have it shipped out a month later, any other site that I buy from will not charge your CC until its shipped.

Look at the response that the verizon rep left you. It goes to show how **bleep** they are...didn't even give you a full reply.

I am so angry with verizon and this droid shipping issue. I called to get a credit and this racist ******* didn't even give me one because it doesn't qualify for one.

Usually the people I get on the other end of the phone are a bit more helpful than people in store. My credit card was charged when I got it at the store. It is a bit frustrating that not only did I have to change my plan to one more expensive (i used to have the 9.99 unlimited internet for my env touch and my wifes env2) but I paid for the phone as well. When I called to complain they gave me a $20 bill credit to at least make up for having to pay for a feature I wasn't yet able to use. As bent as im getting over not having my phone yet, at least a lot of the people at Verizon still show great customer service when you have a problem that is in their control.
