Not "supposedly" unlimited.  It IS unlimited.  You won't get charged any overage fees.  You can use the web 24-7 for the whole month, if you were so inclined and never slept. :smileyhappy:

It's not out of the mothership's power to decide to impose limits on "unlimited" when people start getting too crazy with their data useage.

It's unlimited for what your phone can consume in a month.  It does not, however, include tethering (using your phone as a high-speed modem for your computer or laptop).

Has anyone actually been charged for tethering yet?

D_Dave:

If the phone is in her name, (not a corporate account) she should be able to switch to the $30/month plan.  My understanding is that you can still access corporate email (even an Exchange Server) with the personal plan.  The $45/month plan is supposed to be for "Corporate Liable" accounts, meaning accounts that are signed up as a "business account".  If her plan is in her name, I would have her call a rep and confirm this, since that is and extra $180 in your pocket every year.

If, on the other hand her business requires the account and they are reimbursing her... :smileyhappy:
