My Incredible sets off department store alarms. I've tried walking through with the phone off and got the same result. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, is there a fix ? Thanks in advance.
It sounds like you have a RF tag stuck on the phone. Look for a small sticker inside the back of the phone with a little bump inside the sticker. It could be on the inside of the battery door or the battery itself. If you have a holster for the phone check if that could be the problem. It could be sewing into the holster lining.
