My double tap to silence option does not work??-Anybody else have this problem?

Do you have it checked off? Go to Settings>Sounds, scroll to the very bottom and you will see Smart Sensor Settings. Here you will then see "Double Tap to Silence." If the check mark is not a bright green, tap on it. Then when you double tap, it will become silent on the ringer only. If you want to silence all the sounds (music, audio, etc.) then you must touch the power button until the pop up menu shows, then tap on Silent Mode.
It is checked, and worked a couple of times, but just stopped working.--THANKS
