One way is to download & install and APP called ES FILE EXPLORER. Launch it - it will give you a list of the folders on your SD card, presumeably where the Ringtones are stored. Scroll down to the MEDIA directory, then select AUDIO, then RINGTONES. Find a ringtone you wish to email and LONG PRESS it. An list of options will come up - near the bottom will be SEND. From there, select your method to send it (e.g., EMAIL).
Another option would be to just mount the phone via USB cable and scroll to that directory and drag & drop a bunch of files to your PC or laptop. From there you can do what you want with them.
