downloading pics to computer

Does anyone know how to transfer the pics from the droid charge to your computer. I tried to connect with the cable and my computer doesnt recognize the device.

Did you install the drivers?  Did you pull down status bar and change to Mass Storage device..

Here is a tutorial on how to set the DROID Charge in USB Mass Storage Mode. Once you have done this, your computer should recognize your Charge as a "Removable Disk".
