I have a droid 2 global. Callers who have AT&T iphones (and I suspect all AT&T phones) cannot hear me when I answer their calls. If I call them back, my phone works fine. What do I do?
There could be several factors. We will need to ask you a few troubleshooting questions to help find the root cause of the issue. Since it does not appear to be related to a device issue, a trouble ticket needs to be submitted. Our network technicians will then to investigate.
