As far as I can see, no , for a couple of reasons...
First, you'd need a program on the notebook that would use the phones GPS radio in order to display the information on the notebook. I am aware of nothing that does this.
Second, if there were a remote app (phone to notebook), you could display the phone's display on the notebook, if you could get the size and resolution right (oooh,,,,scary....). Again, I know of no program capable of making this happen.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish, assuming this method were even possible?

dont get me wrong i like my droidx's google maps but in my line of work some times i need the gps on the laptop and the phone to coordinate, thanks to scanners.lol

I don't assume to know how your Department runs or spends it's money, but... Most departments have or have access to GPS units that tie into your in vehicle laptop docking station. With that said if you're using personal equipment this doesn't help you.
On WinMo phones there was a program called GPSGate that did exactly what you are wanting.
*Working* Ok, GPS2GPSGate was just released a couple weeks ago, they are still working out the bugs, but it should be what you are looking for.
