Unable to set p a charter e mail account on my droid.  Any sugestions?

Server Type: POP3 Server

ssl not checked, fill in your username and password

go omline search settings for charter settings for android.I had them wrote down and threw paper away.They are simple.I have charter gmail and windows live all pick up on gmail.just follow directions
