email attachments

I have downloaded some email attachments that i cannot find. it is not a gmail, my homepage has the download arrows on it. Do i need to install an app to get these downloads, they are not in my files. Thanks for any help.

Go to your files folder, click phone files, then downloads. They should be there.

Attachments are downloaded to SD Card > Messaging folder
