Noticed since the deploy of the latest Android version that the specific .mp3 I use in email notifications is reset to the default "ta-da" every time I reboot the phone.
Bug? Feature??
Anyone else see this??
Mine resets to whatever the default is for the Messaging app, but only sometimes. In my case, it's a custom ringtone I downloaded (which worked flawlessly with my trusty original Droid). I'm not sure when the setting gets reset because I've tried restarting the phone and it's still there. I hope they can get this under control.
As a side note, I went into the text messaging app and set the notification manually as opposed to "Default". they are the same ringtone, but I just want to try something to fix this until someone hears our prayers
