HTC incredible seems to purge email after 2-3 days, both inbox and trash. Can't seem to find a setting to alter this behavior. Any ideas? There are some messages that I wish to retain as they have travel info etc.
In which App? Gmail does not purge, you may be hitting archive. The HTC Mail widget prioritizes by date.
