emailing pictures to computer

I received a picture txt, I emailed to someone and they did not get any pictures.  The pictures are now gone off my phone.  how do I get them back and why didn't the pictures show up when I emailed them?

What did you see on the  picture message that you emailed to someone?  Did you send the pictures also to your My Verizon online album?
