Why am I getting error code 503 80201 Getting Toke Failed when I try to enter new account? (yahoo or live mail) What does this mean?

Hi Terry0556,

 

The error code of 503 80201 getting a toke failure appears to be from the login credentials for your new email account not being configured properly.  I suggest removing the new email account from the device, and then re-add it. This sort of "resets" your new the email account. Here are the steps below for how to remove the email account and a link to our website for steps on how readd your new email on your Droid Incredible 2 device. To remove the email account on your device:

1. From the main Home screen, press MENU, and then tap Settings > Accounts & sync.

2. Tap the account that you want to remove.

3. Tap Remove account, and then confirm that you want to remove the account.
