how do i stop my facebook contact from coming into my phone contact's is the away??? i use browser to go to fb!!!!is there away to lock phone when scrolling you contact for you don't call wrong person???????????

we must have imported them somehow.  I also need help with this issue. Sorry i was of no help to you.

Assuming you are using an Incredible as you have both listed, you can remove the Facebook contacts by opening your "People" app and then press the menu key. You should see a submenu with several options, one of which says "view" with an eyeball icon. Press "view" and then uncheck next to where it says Facebook. The contacts will still be synced to the phone but will no longer show up in your contact list.

You can remove the Facebook account completely by going to Settings / Account & Sync / select Facebook and then select "remove account" using the button at the bottom of the screen.

There is no way to "lock" the screen while scrolling. It can be prevented if you do not lift your finger from the screen while scrolling.

Thank you for all of your previous responses.  You do have the option to [Remove Facebook data] from your device.  Below I have provided you with the steps to do so.

• Open Facebook application.
• Tap Facebook on top of screen.
• Select Menu
• Select Settings
• Select Sync Contacts
• Select Remove Facebook data
• Select OK
