I keep getting a notification "facebook authentication failed" after I had to change my password.
I now have to type in my password everytime I want to open facebook. Help!
Hello jrj. I have read your post and understand you are not able to access Facebook on your device. On your device, you will want to dial *228 press send and when provided the options, select option 1 to re-program your phone. Once this has been completed you will then want to access Facebook on your device at which you should then be able to access.
