fautly camera flash

The flash on my camera goes off before the frame is captured. This happens regardless of ambient light, battery level or device reboot.

I recommend resetting the flash on your camera. With your camera on, Click Menu, then click Settings. The first option is Flash mode. Tap it to choose Auto, On or Off. In the settings, choose Scene mode, and set it to Auto. Your flash will be in the settings as an options.

From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
Touch Camera.
Press the Menu button.
Touch Settings.

None of these actions had any effect. My flash still goes off well before the frame is captured.
