I updated my phone last night and now the a screen pop-ups saying (unfortunatley, the process com.android.phone has stopped). The volume control does not gives you an equalizer REALLY!!! I have no 4g, i cant do anything with my phone.......i pay way to much for this service to put up with this garbage....i need help
