generic network failure

My Droid Inc recently stopped downloading and sending picture text I keep getting a generic network failure error any suggestions to correct this.....

Tried rebooting did battery pull and called *228 and did a network update

Out of curiousity how is your reception? is the only issue with messages?

Makes me wonder if the tower was having issues ,  an you might try instead of  *228 an then 2  *228 then 1 an see if this helps.

Ya my reception is good and everything else works except picture messaging

Ya tried the option 1 and the option 2 when I dialed *288

Are they not sending is this the case you might try resizing your pictures a bit or when you take them watch the size its kind of hard to do i had a little trouble with this myself but with a alittle practice i got the hang of it. Keep trying an hang in there you' ll get it going. B33

An in the new gingerbread update there is a few changes in the messaging an that might help there.

Ya they won't send and they won't download and I am no longer getting the generic network failure message it just says downloading but it won't download
