How do I transfer pics off my phone to my pc? I have plugged the usb in put when I go into the phone from "my computer", there is no gallery to drag the pics from????

You need to pull down the status bad and select SD Card . Mass Storage to see as storage card on PC, usually shows as the last drive letter..
i created a folder on the sd card, my pics and drug pics to the card from the pc and they appear in the gallery.
without creating the my pics, i don't know where the pics showup on the card.
