What about connecting the phone to the computer using the usb cable and mounting as a disk drive? Then you can copy directly to the computer.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Have you looked on the SD card?   On my phone, they will be in the \DCIM\Camera folder on the card.

Once you connect the phone to the computer, open up "computer" on your computer. You should see a new letter, which is the SD card of your phone. I should also mention that once you connect the phone and the computer, you will no longer be able to use the SD card in the phone. Check the files in this new letter (drive), it should be under "media" but then again, you might have to hunt for it. Once you found it, just pick and drag it to a file in your computer.

Thanks for the information everyone. You can send the video via email if you resize it. The maximum file size for picture / video messages varies from device to device. The file size limitation is based on the megapixels of the camera on the device:

  • Devices with a .3 megapixel camera can send / receive a maximum file size of 100 KB.
  • Devices with a 1.2 - 2 megapixel camera can send / receive a maximum file size of 350 KB.
  • Devices with a 3.0+ megapixel camera can send / receive a maximum file size of 600 KB.
Lowering the camera resolution will reduce the image file size.

The maximum file size that can be sent from an email to a device is 3 MB. When any message over 350 KB is sent to the device, the file is reduced in size to be under 350 KB prior to delivery.

Listed below are steps to send your video via email and how to resize it.
