Has there been any official news on when we can expect the gingerbread update?

I am curious too!  Have been for months and months.  the X got it!  Why not the Inc?

Currently, Gingerbread is available on the Droid X. We do not have an estimated date of when Gingerbread will be available on other Droid devices. When Gingerbread is available, it will be pushed to the phone. You will receive a notification advising you to update your device once available.
