gmail

if anyone can help with the gmail I would appreciate it. Such as when I read an email how do I archive it , and after I read it how can i go back and read it again later. Also what is the sync and why when I touch it it says there is no conversations when there is some if you touch the mail portion. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

The way I deal with gmail is I have created folders to sort various emails. As I read them I will select the check boxes and select the labels. Then I check ON the label I want to use personal, business, newsletter, etc. If I want to archive the email, I uncheck the inbox label after I have ensured that the sort label is selected.

Then if I want to read an archived email, I select the menu button and choose go to label. I then scroll down to the gmail label I want to look at.
