I need help im in the Bahama's right now and my international calling and texting are not working. Is there anything you guys can do, i would call but its not letting me do anything??!!
Dial 1 then Area Code then 7-digit U.S. number, if you did not call into Verizon Wireless to get the SIM card activated or International Dialing feature added your phone will not work there. Remember calling is $1.99 a minute and $0.50 to send text and $0.05 to receive. Also data charges are $20.48 a MB so make sure you're connected to WiFi if you have a smartphone and not using the packet data
Thank you for the reply. However, she has no service at all? She cannot dial anything.... I called Verizon on Friday and they told me it was ready to go? I assume they activated the SIM card. Can you check and confirm?
