You mean as in DirecTV's Sunday ticket??? Do you have the DirecTV package now??? If not, it is not available. It is only for paying customers.

I believe that I have found what you are looking for. Simply open the market place on your phone and type a search for "NFL SuperFan". This is a program by DirecTV and it streams the Sunday Ticket and Red Zone channel. The program itself is free, but DirecTV requires 5 monthly payments of $9.99 (the entire season) to actually stream them to the phone.

At present it looks like DirecTV only has the iPhone app available. But I am sure it will be available shortly. Be sure to check their site.
There is an acivate button on their website. You may want to try that.
It says in the link I provided above that they have it on android devices. It is called NFL SuperFan.
