i just recently got a phone replaced, and then someone stole it.. how should i go about this?

Suspend the line. Then if you have insurance, submit a claim and pay the deductible for a replacement phone, if not, either upgrade the line, buy a certified preowned device, or buy a phone from ebay to replace it, just make sure you aren't buying a stolen phone Smiley Happy

I'm so sorry this happened to you.
If you don't have access to a phone to call us to have the phone reported stolen, then you can suspend online

If you have insurance, call Asurion http://bit.ly/07CrqPK to have them send a replacement.
