When I turn phone on home page has message that reads 'This phone belongs to:" How do I enter my name to this display?
The message that is on your device is from an application called Antivirus. To write a lock screen information please open Antivirus, press menu, Settings ,Remote Management ,Lost Message ,and select a contact as your contact information.You can remove the application from your device. Just remember, Verizon Wireless is not responsible for third party applications that are downloaded to your device.
