After 11 months, I am on my seventh (7th) replacement phone.
My last DROID went three weeks before the earpiece speaker fried.
I love the phone when it works, but sick and tired of replacing the phone. I have BEGGED verizon to replace the phone with something else. They refuse.
UGH!
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Currently they are all scattered throughout my home with me.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I am on my 9 Certified like new replacement. I have had many issues with several different devices. I demand a new phone and all I get is CLN devices. If its not one issue it is another. I am tired of always having to transfer data and re customize back to the way I like it only to have to do it all over again. Something needs to be done about this policy.
