Try downloading the drivers for the device by downloading the VZAccess Manager software at the link below.
Copy and paste the link below into your browser's address bar.

Go to customer downloads, then choose your operating system and device, and proceed.
1. Connect the HTC Droid Incredible to the computer using the USB cable.
2. Slide down the Notifications panel at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Connect to PCon the device.
4. Tap Mount as disk driveon the device.
5. You will have 2 removable disks listed on your computer under Computer/My Computerfor Windows users, on the Finderfor Mac users. One of them should have a folder named DCIM. Open the drive then the DCIMfolder.

?? Why make it so complicated?
- Download the FREE Astro file manager from the market place on your phone.
- Using it, Navigate to the /emmc/DCIM/100MEDA folder.
- Select all the images.
- Select Move (or copy if you want to make sure first)
- Navigate to the /sdcard/DCIM/100MEDIA folder
- Paste...
And you are done. No USB cables, no PC, just all done on the phone.
