ignore call with text?

In settings-->call-->phone settings, there is an edit default message setting and a choice to edit text message before sending. This seems to imply the phone has an "ignore call with text" feature. I am coming from a Samsung Galaxy S phone that would give me 5 text options when I chose to ignore a call. Is this feature built into the Incredible 2, or do I need to download an app?

    I've reviewed the phone and its settings and am unable to duplicate the functions you are asking about . At this time there are no preloaded software that will perform this function correctly. However there are several applications in the market that may accomplish this for you.
