I just got the incredible and don't understand how to download the pics either directly to the computer or onto the memory card. I can't download the video either. Thanks for the help

For pictures you can just drag & drop pictures directly into the memory card. Just hook your phone and on your phone pull down that notification bar. Tap "mount". After that on your computer go to start-->my computer-->removable storage-->Select your phone-->drag & drop pics from computer into there. That is how I do it on my phone. What happens when you try to download a video? Does an error occur?
