keeps booting me out of the files app...HELP!

i'm trying to access my files app...i get into it with no ease, however, when i attempt to move some pictures to a different folder(s), it boots me back to the all apps page...can you help me on this glitch plz? thanks much in advance! Smiley Happy

Hello mariahfan6288! It will be my pleasure to assist with moving files on your phone! May I ask are the pictures that you are try to move the ones that you taken on the device? Also, are you using a 3rd party app to move the pic files?

Yes the same pics I'm trying to move to a different folder are the same pics I've taken from the camera on my droid...they're currently in the camera folder but i wanna move them to a different folder. I can't even stay in the files app for long before it boots me out...
