Will the Bionic get an upgrade to kitkat?
No.
I had a Droid Bionic for almost 3 years and I loved it. When it stared to get slow, I was referred to Motorola. I was told that the Bionic was no longer being supported and would not get any further software updates. I had to either buy a new phone at full price or give up my unlimited data.
