Only 14 minutes elapsed since your original post and you have a problem that no one answered you?
You basically have 2 choices
get your girlfriend to tell you the new unlock code
factory reset the device.

If there was, what would be the point of a password. You have 2 choices (both stated above) reset your "X" and loose everything, or get your gf to give you the new password.
When you get this resolved, you gonna give your gf your new password? Never mind, I already know the answer.... hehe.
Best of luck to you,
Yeah this post just screams fraud. Your "girlfriend" changed the password on a Droid X. You don't want to go to the Verizon store.
How about you just return the X to the person from whom you stole it?
Are you using the Swipe or Number Password feature? The swipe feature allows you to enter your email and password for account for phone to bypass the password and allow you to change it..
Have you called CS for information?

Yeah, SHAC, didn't think of that. Why would the "girlfriend" change the password and not tell him what it is? What would she change it for in the first place?
If you do not want to go into the store you can contact customer service at 1-800-922-0204. A representative can assist you with unlocking your phone. Hope this information is helpful to you.
I didnt think about that either, that defiantly is a view to concider.
