My recently purchase ringtones (from Verizon) got wiped out when I did a master reset on my phone. How do I get them back?
Call customer service (800-922-0204 from any phone, or *611 from your cell phone). You may be able re-download them, but it may work that you need to re-purchase and then be credited the amount. It worked that way for me when I had to replace a phone. They may also be listed under "My Media" - I don't buy ringtones since I discovered phonezoo. :smileyhappy:
