My phone updated today and I lost all my speed dials and I can't find anyway to put them back on. Help please
The speed dial function was removed in Jelly Bean. Alternatives are to use the Favorite Contacts widget or direct dial widgets.
Speed dials lost and multiple contacts populated with Jelly Bean. Just spoke with Tech Support and there is no speed dial capability with Jelly Bean with no reason as to why. Serious error by the software developers. Alternatives are not as user friendly as the speed dial. Hopefully someone (Verizon or Googld) will recognize this and put a patch in place to correct this.
