lost contact

Hi

I lost my contacts, is it possible to retrieve the phone numbers i had from my contact by any way?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated. By the way I didn't have the contact on my backup.

Logon to your gmail account via the web and, unless you deleted them yourself (though there may be hope if your phone has not synced yet), all your contacts should be there, as long as they were google contacts.

Yes if they were saved/backedup

GMAIL contacts can be UNDELETED within 30 days I believe,

and If you have backup assitance you should be able to UNDELETE from the Verizon WebSite...
