just wondering if anyone else lately has lost voice mail and log in problems and have a fix ???

Do you mean when you call *86 and are prompted for your PIN?  I would just call Verizon support - maybe someone tried to hack into your vmail and the PIN was somehow changed??  ...  Haven't had that issue here - but I really don't get much vmail ...
