get the app called "sd move." it makes it real easy to move them to the sd card. some can be moved, and some can't. also, you can go into settings--->applications--->manage applications. select "all" and go through and look for any that will allow you to "clear cache." you can free up a little space that way too. and, of course, just uninstall ones that you never use.
Do I go into settings on my phone or through the MAC? This is so weird..
