mail error message

When I try to go to my additional email (not google) on comcast.net, I get the following message:

Sorry.

The application Mail (process com.htc.android.mail) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

There is an option button: Force close.

I've tried to shut down, take out the battery, and nothing helps.

Getting email is so important nowadays on our phone, I'm sure this has been frustrating. Because it is force closing, I recommend you remove the email account from the device entirely, then add the email back on to the device. Comcast is such a common email account that is should set up no problem, but if you need specific settings you can reach out to Comcast directly.
