micro sd card

downloaded zedge ringtones and when I tried to open it I got a message that I needed an sd card but I thought the bionic came with a preinstalled sd card?

When loose it says that. When u bought it the sales person doesent have to put it in it's already there the store told me. I noticed when I pulled the battery out once the sd card can move slightly.
