There is not ways to store personal data on the device because it has restricted access for security reasons and also the internal storage is reservered for application as well.. 

Is there a reason you would want to do this because if the device crashes are requires a hard reset the information on the device will be lost?

excuse me but you can save contacts as a csv to the card, not much more personal than that.

User requested to save files to PHONE STORAGE" not the SD CARD ", this is not possible because the device restricts access to the internal storage..
