I will be using my phone and all of a sudden, it shuts off, and tries to restart. I usually have to take the battery out for 5 min. to get it to stop restarting. Any suggestions?
I see two other users have had the same problem with the phone restarting by itself---->Incredible Restart. At least you are not the only person
This started happening to my phone a week after getting it - took it into the VZW store and it did it over and over again for the rep. The problem continued after they wiped the phone clean. A new one is on its way now and they agree that it is a hardware, and not a software problem. My advice is to get to a store within the 30 day window for a new replacement, not a "reconditioned" phone.
