I was fine earlier this am.
Then around 1030 i could not text, phone out, connect to VM or dial *611.
Nothing is working
Any advice
i have shut it down reboot, nothing has worked.
How long have you had your phone?
I would call Verizon from another phone or landline, or go back to the store.
Have you tried pulling out the battery while the phone is on?
Amazingly this is a common troublshooting procedure :smileyhappy:
