Does anyone know what a short periodic beep and vibration are for. They do not do it together. I have no clue what they mean. All your help is appreciated!
If you're talking about the beep/vibration that occurs on turning on and shutting off the Droid X, they are just sounds the Droid makes on waking up and going to sleep. For us humans, they don't mean a thing.
Also it does this on notifications, missind calls and a number of options, can you give more information on a pattern when this happens because there is just so many settings that can do this, I would gues it is some kind on notificsation alert.
