The other two are listed on the lower left of the opening screen under My Verizon, VZW Wireless Service, and Wireless Lounge, but I can seem to find anything in the last one

For questions or concerns please use the "Community Announcements" space in the new Community for questions, comments and discussions and we will have one of our Verizon Wireless Employees help you out as soon as they can.
If posted there VZW employees will supposedly see them.

There is no option to POST a QUESTION/ISSUE in "Announcements". Again, everything in that thread is ancient. I;m already in the DROID X forum (from your other suggestion). I was not having trouble finding HERE.
