Verizon Wireless is always looking for ways to enhance our way of doing business to better meet the needs of our customers. Your feedback provides us with the perfect opportunity to hear exactly what you think. A new interface has been introduced to provide an easier navigation structure to allow end users to quickly access self serve functions. The new interface has launched to all Android devices. Android users who have already installed the current version of My Verizon Mobile will be prompted that a new version is available.
Android users who have not yet installed My Verizon Mobile can do so as follows:
Select My Verizon download and follow prompts.
Locate free My Verizon application.
Select My Verizon download and follow prompts.(Once the download is complete, revisit the phone desktop.)
Select the My Verizon icon created when the application was installed.
View/Manage the account.
