I had all my contacts imported into my phone but whenever someone calls it comes up unavailable....therefore I cant see what calls Ive missed either. But whenever I call out it shows who Im calling and all of their info I have programmed in....any suggestions? Please!!!!
Do you have the contacts 10 digit number saved?? More and more phones require just the 10 digit number. No leading '1' and never just a seven digit number assigned to a contact.
all #'s are 10 digits....incoming text messages always show contact but I have never gotten incoming calls to show...its driving me crazy!!
Maybe something is not set up correctly on your account. I am at a loss. I thought there may be a setting for turning on Cntact ID on the phone or online, but I cant find it.
I did find a message from a year ago from someone who had the same issue, they said a 40 second call to tech support (800-922-0204 option 3 when you get to the menu) corrected it. But call from a different phone
me and my husband got the same phone,same account,the same day. his works fine...mine...not so much! im on with someone now. i have also done a soft reset and nothing has come out of that either! will post if something works out...thx guys!
some how my caller id got dropped but they dont know how nor do they see when it happened.......odd!
