In addition to my downloads not going through, I get an internal error when I try to load my facebook account. Can anyone help!?

Hello yinson10,

I would like to make sure your device completes downloads and the functions that you use work efficiently.  What is the model of your device? Are the downloads you speak of directly from the Android Market?  Are you able to download files from web sites or within specific applications? Are you getting a specific error message when attempting a download?  In regards to your Facebook application, have you tried removing and reinstalling the application? Are you using the official Facebook application, one that was pre-installed on the phone or a 3rd party app?  I would like to work with you further to resolve your device concerns. I anticipate your response and will quickly address any additional questions.
